Interview With The Doctor That Transforms Lives

I truly believe we are still to this day, and for many years to come will be in “cultural hypnosis.” Like Tony Robbins would say (paraphrasing)… “Come on… when you’re in your 50’s and 60’s… it’s over baby, and why would you or need to exercise,, or do weights training?”

That said, most of us believe that doctors orders are the most credible, because they know about “health”. They’ve studied it for so long, maybe even experienced, yet how many doctors do you know that you could role model, and say… “yes, i’d like to look like him/her.”

I remember my childhood family doctor (god bless him), was a great man he was. He got me through my childhood, but when I look back and think… would I actually want to look like him? He was overweight, and fed me lollies.

Ok, as a child you don’t know any better, you go where you parents take you, but now I do, and finding a role model Doctor that has actually practiced in the Health and fitness industry for so long is a rare occurrence.

By the way, when I mean “practiced.”, I don’t mean prescribing medicines for sickness. I mean practicing what he preaches and doing what he say. And then prescribing healthy eating and exercise for the future prevention and even elimination of disease.

That said, when you get a chance to meet someone that has helped transform the lives of so many people through Personal trainers in his Metabolic Precision network, you really want to make sure you have your ears open to record everything they have to say.

I’d like to introduce Dr. Paul Cribb.

In Paul’s words …

My philosophy is quite simple. I believe that everyone should know exactly how to achieve the health, fitness and body they’ve always wanted. People from all walks of life should have clear, easy-to-understand, science-based information on how to achieve a better quality of life via nutrition and exercise. Even more important; to wrap up all the latest developments in these complex fields into one easy-to-incorporate lifestyle. That is, Metabolic Precision.

If you love the fitness lifestyle, I share your passion. I’ve been fascinated by this topic ever since I was bitten by the bug, probably at the age of 13 when I talked my dad into buying me my first barbell set (all 60 pounds of it!). As an eager young teen, I think I performed arm curls with that barbell everyday for the next 5 years!

I’ve spent my entire adult life studying exercise training and nutrition. It’s been my passion, my hobby and one and only career. My thirst for knowledge has literally driven me through the completion of three university degrees, a stack of accreditations as well as the design and completion of what I believe is the only Ph.D. that has focused exclusively on body transformation. That is, examining the most effective ways to improve body composition (build muscle, shed body fat) and speed results from exercise.

In my doctorial studies, I examined extensively the physiological and biochemical aspects that underline adaptations (results)  – more importantly, how to influence results via intervention with nutrition and various types of exercise. I not only designed my own PhD program, my research has been published in top peer-reviewed journals and magazines such as New Scientist and received awards/fellowships from organizations such as The Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (AATSE), The Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science (AAESS) as well as the Australian Government through the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research. I’ve been privileged to be an invited presenter or key speaker by organizations such as The American College Of Sports Medicine (ACSM), The United States Dairy Export Council (USDEC) and The International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN). In 2006, I was honoured to be recognized as one of Australia’s leading scientists.
